The King Fumé is a salami with an intense, deep and uniform red colour,
with light and thin of fat stripings; it also has a pretty delicate
aromatic scent; Once you taste it, you can feel its moderate flavour,
fully pleasant and mellow.
Its masticationis tasty and soft, never hard and fibrous.
