Our  “Magrello” dietetic salami of PURE BOVINE, seasoned and not cooked, instead of other salamis currently sold has a specific characteristic, it does not contain any added fats, powder milk, cornflower, polyphosfates, or any other ingredient that can be stabilizing, colouring or binding, but it is exclusively processed and worked with chosen meats (shoulder strings, legs or loins); for this reason it is highly dietetic – check all its details.
