Dietetic Meats and Salami of PURE Bovine,
Goose, Turkey, Ovine
Our products have the characteristic not to contain absolutely added fats, especially of
pork, and
their meats are of animals that live at "untamed state", not a
forced cycle, and fed in open country according to their choice and
necessity, therefore, without integrators and no aditives substance.
Our
particular “Magrello” dietetic salami, seasoned and not cooked, instead
of other Glatt Kosher, salamis currently sold has a specific characteristic, it does
not contain any added fats, powder milk, cornflower, polyphosfates, or any
other ingredient that can be stabilizing, colouring or binding, but it is
exclusively processed with selective meats (shoulder strings, legs
or loins); for this reason it is highly fat free and it could be qualified
as dietetic meat – check the label.
After the slaughtering strictly Glatt Kosher,
the meats are severely controlled internally and externally and
discarded in case of some anomality.
Our laboratories of dissection
and production, have been constructed according to the strictest European
hygienic standard and every working process is monitored in order to avoid every
type of bacteriological pollution.
The drying and seasoning are carried out in aseptic premises where our products
are of high quality and are bacteriologically PURE, are controlled automatically by
a special computer, under the
supervision of our experts.
We are therefore able and
guarantee full satisfaction to in supplying all natural product of high quality, dietetic, healthy, and very tasty.
